Story

Located in the countryside of Chester County,Brandywine Outfitters not only provides rental canoes and kayaks for personal use on the scenic west branch of the Brandywine creek, other options include: team building for your company,camp or school, private rental grounds for your company party, birthdays, reunions and gorgeous outdoor weddings.

Our boat rental hours of operation are by appointment weekdays, one day notice is usually sufficient, canoe and kayak rentals regularly run on Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting. We are committed to outfitting individuals and parties only if the conditions are safe. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON ANY CANOE OR KAYAK TRIP AS PER STATE LAW.

Our picnic park is a 26-acre private grounds. Only one event per date(s) is booked. We offer beautiful riverside accomodations that include a 20' x 40' canopy to provide cover, stage area for bands, djs, ipod, 20' x20' dancefloor, gas grill, pig roaster, picnic tables,clean mens' and ladies' restrooms with running water, sinks and flushing toilets, small playground to occupy little ones, stillwater canoe for convenient, lazy paddle, creative freedom to decorate your event to make it yours.
There is also the option to have your party guests camp in our primitive campgrounds, tent camping and pop-ups/ small campers can access. We do provide two clean porta-potties for use in that area, but it is a short walk from the main bathrooms.
Alcohol is permitted at your event with purchase of event insurance, which we do not currently provide.
