Branson Travel Office

Booked a hotel ad water park through them. Called and they told me everything was a go. Turns out the water park was closed when we got there. Told me they would refund the money since we never checked in and that the hotel didn't bother to inform anyone. Was finally able to get this resolved. Very friendly staff.

Horrible experience along with Westgate who they partner with to give you “$100.00” back for booking a travel “package.” If you’re married, you’re obligated to take your spouse otherwise WestGate won’t allow you to go through presentation for their timeshare/cabins. One of my kids was with allergies and they wouldn’t allow us to have kids in their daycare then when we said that we found other means of childcare, ALL OF A SUDDEN they were booked up. Nothing Christian or Biblicala about the manager whose name is “Jeremiah.” Humiliating and discriminatory!

I did my homework before hand and I know this company has the best reviews.
