I was that bride that knew nothing about flowers, and they ended up being one of my favorite touches of the entire day! Randy was extremely flexible and professional about working with any budget and any style. I sent him pictures my mother and I found online and he was able to take it and run with it to blow my mind. I was so excited on the day of the wedding to see the flowers throughout the venue and I received so many compliments. Everyone was excited to bring a little piece of the wedding home with them. Even in pictures from the day, I am still receiving complements on how stunning the flowers were. Overall, Randy was able to predict my wildest dreams all within a reasonable price point.

Found this place my sophomore year in college in 2015. My first time in, I purchased a young "lucky bamboo" plant as a plant for my room, to which I still have today. The thing has grown tremendously in that time. But its the customer service that I received 2 years AFTER I purchased this plant from their store that is important. On my transportation back to Boston one afternoon, my plant took a fall, and the entire vase shattered with all the stones spilling over the platform. As soon as I got to the city, I put it in a coffee mug, roots and all, and hurried over to the shop to see if they could help me out. I told them I bought this plant a little over 2 years ago at this store, and the pot it was in shattered this afternoon. The guy was so nice and helpful, thanking me for coming back to the store where I purchased it a while ago and went in back to a pile of various pots and planters. He picked a larger one out that I had before, as the plant had grown a lot in the last few years and was in need of a bigger home. He asked me about the color, if I had a preference or not, and then even matched the stones with the color of the new planter for me, which is nice blue shaded sea glass. I asked him what I owed him, as nothing had a price for this, and he just said a few bucks would do. Can't beat it! The plant is still growing strong too :) I will certainly be back for more house plants for my new apartment.

I grew up locally in the Boston area, and though I’ve moved to California, my mom lives within a few blocks of Brattle Street Florist in Cambridge. Over the years, I’ve sent her flowers on her birthday and special occasions. My mom recommended getting the flowers from Brattle Square Florist. She had seen arrangements they had done and as a flower lover, thought they were interesting, beautiful and well done. They are amazing! Everything I’ve sent my mom has been incredible, impeccable and beautiful. Thank you so much.

Helpful, friendly staff. High prices, but that is true for most shops in Boston. Parking is challenging in Harvard Square, but this florist is located very close to the MBTA red line Harvard Square subway station. This is the go to place for good flowers in the entire Cambridge area.

I dropped by Brattle Sq Florist in person, provided Randy the colors, styles and preferred flowers for my wedding. Randy is experienced, flexible and super easy to communicate with. He recommended what is in season and provided me a reasonable quote. We were thrilled to see the flowers on the day of! They looked classic, elegant, fresh and lovely, totally exceeded our expectations!! We would be happy to visit them for other occasions as well. Thanks again!
