It’s really too bad........I had high expectations for this place. The parking is a little tough but that’s no problem When I am about to get a good burger. I ordered the Bravas cheeseburger. I got the 6 ounce version instead of the one they call smashed which is 4 ounces. When it got to the table it looks really good! The problem was the raw meat that was inside the patty. Maybe I should have ordered the smaller smashed version. The meat wasn’t all that great And I ended up finishing it with a fork at least what was edible as I don’t want to eat raw meat. Don’t get me wrong, I eat my steak is rare But stakes are cooked on the outside. Bacteria on meat is on the outside of the meat and when you grind it into hamburger you grind the bacteria inside the Hamburger. That’s why the meat on the inside of a burger needs to at least be cooked pink. Anyway the young people working there were nice and friendly. The place itself has a great atmosphere for a good burger joint. But sorry I couldn’t get past the raw meat as the reason I gave two stars. If you are ever in Fort Worth Texas and want to see how a thick burger patty can be cooked properly, go to one of my favorites called Kincaid’s. You will be ruined for life.

I’ve been to Bravas twice with a two year break in between visits. Both times it took forever for my food to come (30-60 minutes) and when it did finally come, it was wrong. The first time my burger was cold and undercooked (which seems to be a somewhat common occurrence) and the second time they messed up our order by bringing us two things we didn’t order and forgetting one thing we did. I have enjoyed the patatas both times. The burgers when fully cooked are good, but not my favorite. I’m sure the people who own it and work there are really nice. I also likely have had unusually bad luck. But it’s not a place I would recommend. I appreciate what they’re trying to do for the community and hope they can learn how to better manage their kitchen.

Staff great food not safe! Ate plastic and raw meat. Almost ate tip of cocktail sword broke inside potato! I don’t feel safe letting my child eat there or my family any longer! So very said the people working there are so nice and the food taste amazing! But the last 2 times we ate there our burgers to go was still extremely raw and cold in the middle. And now the last time we had the Triple B and there was a large sheet of plastic half melted in the burger possibly from the cheese or some sort of wrapper while making the burger, also noted we found a broken tip of a cocktail sword in the middle of a potato piece as we bit into one and almost swallowed it! I can understand one time have a few flaws but this has happened twice. As this is not a cheap burger joint I would expect safer eating conditions. Fully inspected ur food before u bite down and eat at your own risk.

Bravas is amazing. Every single time I'm in Ft. Wayne I have to stop by. They have a surprisingly vegetarian friendly menu. Quality ingredients and innovative recipes make them stand out from the average burger place.
