Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre

This place is just awesome! My husband and I have been to 6 shows, and there's a reason we keep returning! A very energetic and talented cast, topical themes. Makes for a great night of entertainment! Some jokes are definitely blue, so no one under age 16 is recommended to attend. Very fun atmosphere!!

Celebrating 60 years of the Brave New Workshop in 2018! Great live sketch comedy with local roots! The venue in the heart of downtown Minneapolis is a big improvement over the old space, but it's still a little tight in places. Not unexpected for a comedy club, but some of the seating can really do a number on your knees after a two-hour show. The crowds don't seem to mind, though. I've never been to a show that wasn't sold-out or close to it. There's decently priced parking close by, but you can't get to it from the Skyway. A few minutes in the cold, however, is a small price to pay.

I've been to several shows here and they never disappoint. Hilarious skits on current events. Good setting with a mix of table seating and stadium seating areas.

The best improv in Minnesota and longest running theater of it's type in the country. Take jabs across the spectrum but definitely more at Republicans, perhaps they just are ripe for the taking?

I’ve really enjoyed all of the shows I’ve seen here. Always very funny and tickets are very reasonably priced.
