Stopped here just to get the Lobster Bisque. Glad I stopped by. Sarah was my server and damn she was on point. She was as sweet as Southern Sweet Tea. I was torn between two different dishes. She suggested the Shrimp Napoli and add a side of the Parmigiano Chicken on the side. I got the best of the Chicken Parmesan and the Shrimp Napoli. She was friendly without being fake. The food was excellently prepared.....crispy and tender. This was an enjoyable lunch experience. I will come back again.
I've been there many times before. While the food is always exceptional, the service is horrible. Waited 20 minutes after being seated for a waitress to show up. I asked numerous times for water. Had to keep asking for water and cleaning the table after each dish. Had to wait 10 minutes after giving her credit cards for her to run them and come back. With so many other amazing selections of Italian in the area will probably be looking for other restaurants over this one.
I really enjoyed my early evening dinner at Bravo's. I had the spaghetti and beef meat balls and it was excellent. There was a decent crowd, but it was very pleasant. The service was great!
Italian is one of my favorite cuisines. Chicken parmesan is always my go-to. Bravo was delicious.
i had the lasagna and it was great service was fast, the waiter was informative. i would recommend
Well returned here recently to enjoy their wonderful food. I had the Pepperoni Pizza and my wife enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan. Food was great, service was outstanding and as a military retiree, as appreciated a generous discount. Thank you for expressing your appreciation of those who have served. While I know this is a chain restaurant, it just doesn't give you that feeling.
Oh WOW!!! The food is excellent! The restaurant is very large, and while lunch hour may fill only half the building, the dinner guests are plentiful, but not crowded, and the wait staff "keeps up very well!" I like the tall, clear windows, that you can see where the food is actually being cooked! The Chef is very friendly...the choices of wine are plenty! Not only are the tables set up elegantly, the staff are dressed in white shirts and black slacks...also they are knowledgable about the food and wine! Prices are moderate, and when I have gone there the patrons are dressed nice! You don't see sweat suits, cut-offs, or the "grunge look!"
My mom was in town visiting and she wanted to have some Italian food where we could get dessert without having to go into the city. Nothing fancy. She suggested Olive Garden but I said, "No, why go there when we can go to Bravo and get better service and food." Unfortunately, we never got to the food. Having worked in restaurants myself, I try to be sympathetic to the struggle, but on an afternoon with the dining room not even half full, not even being offered a drink after 15-20 minutes is a little ridiculous. It may have been an off day for the staff but we decided to duck out because with so much great food and great service all around this area, this was sorely disappointing.
The atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly. Bread service was good. I ordered steak and it was very tasty. Cocktails were not well made and overall service was a bit slow. Prices were fair. It is worth it if you're looking for a unique dining experience.
Good Italian food in a city known for other types. I got the chicken parmigiana and lasagna they have combos there and it was very tasty. Atmosphere was nice, the decor was a nicer version of Olive Garden, the bread is good. I would have rated higher but the service was a bit slow. Overall, good place to get something different than Cajun or seafood if you get burned out on them. The proximity to the mall on Veteran's makes it convenient to get in some shopping or just burn off the carbs if you need to.
