My wax tech was Alisha. She was very dry not communicative , not good customer service. She acted like she doesn't want to do her job. Usually I give a very good tip . But at least I have to see some effort. For Alisha I felt iam with a butcher. If I was the boss of this place I will make sure every body is smiling and have great attitude because it is a spa not the county jail. She didn't even ask if I wanted another service or offered something. Once she finished just left . Very poor attitude. Very disappointed.

Rude Hispanic female did my eyebrows here once. Criticized me for having curly haired eye brows ? Iam black after all, with naturally curly hair. Never heard if anything so stupid in my life. But thats why shes waxing brows for a living i suppose. Dumb broad. I was pregnant at the time. Didn't assist me at all on getting on table. Girl whatever your name was you can't even do a basic job like this right!

Today was my first time at Brazilian Wax and Spa. I was nervous but my skin specialist was kind and patient. I highly recommend booking Mya as a skin specialist; she’s patient and very understanding. Mya helped by talking to me through my first experience and she was very professional. Thank you

Burned from was cause skin irritation took several months to heal due to my sensitive skin. First time its happened since I started coming here a year ago. Be careful

Diana is the only one I will see- she is amazing, makes you feel comfortable and takes her time to make sure ever last hair is gone. I give it 4 stars because I have been called 20 mins before my appointment, twice not with Diana to cancel/reschedule. I have been to other technicians, and I will never go unless it is with Diana.

Wow! I just had the best experience at this establishment today. I am in SC on business for six weeks and don't have the time to beautify myself so I came here to get a Brazilian wax. First and foremost, I was pleasantly shocked to book an appointment online and get in the same day seems to never happen. Secondly, the location is easy to find and is super lovely in person, the waiting room was very fragrant and the front desk associate was friendly, warm, and inviting. My waxer, Diamond took me right back and it was the most painless, quickest Brazilian I have ever had in my life hands down. Lastly, Diamond was so friendly and a real pro because I hardly noticed what was going on because we were conversating the whole time. Before I knew it, we were already done!! I've never seen anyone in my life who can do a GOOD Brazilian in under twenty minutes until today. This is a fantastic place to receive waxing services and I will definitely be back.

I have been getting waxed for over 6 years now and I recently got a Brazilian here and it was by far the best wax I've ever had! My esthetician was Acacia and she definitely has a natural talent for esthetics!!! 12/10 recommend her!

**Brazillian Wax** I go here a lot and it’s always great customer service but this time a lady name Diana was assisting me today and she is wonderful! She does not make things awkward she actually keeps conversation with you and gets the job done at the same time! I really love her personality and how she loves what she do and she makes sure everything is to a perfection! Will definitely be seeing her again soon finally found my go to wax specialist!!!

This was my first time visiting this location in over 5 years. Sydney was very friendly, professional, and thorough. My service was a full frontal Brazilian, and I would definitely see her again. Also, the female at the front desk was very friendly and inviting.
