Terrible job environment.. there’s definitely a bald guy that works there that has terrible human interactions. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. There’s plenty of others jobs like this in the city who will accommodate you as a working human. Not as the slave breakaway wants you to be. Don’t work there with Jerome.. hope you guys have a good one.

My car was hit by their truck and i was told to speak to Andrew Young and i keep leaving voicemails and none is responding

Terrible place to work at unless you enjoy being worked like a mule for minimum wage. The boss was also a condescending snarky wimp with an unfortunate case of alopecia; Hence his non surprising comment below LOL
I currently work here and I love it. The company is very straight forward, in terms of what you’re going to do, dispatching and salary. I get to go to new locations every week so I’m basically getting paid to tour New York City. Only downside is the long walk back from deliveries or if the apartment doesn’t have stairs they tip the best. Overall the work is hard but definitely worth it.
The customer service from a guy that answers the phone absolutely SUCKS! They forgot to schedule my morning pick up and then they had the nastiest attitude about their own "UN-professionalism"! Completely unapologetic about their mishap! AND wanted to charge me $65.00 for super rush for their SHORTCOMINGS. Now that my package has been delivered I will no longer be using this company!
This company is absolutely unproffesional. I considered working for them myself until someone I know worked for them a few month's and they fired him due to their own lack of security for their bikes. Some dispatch worker's are ill-mannered and down right rude, It's a disgusting and unorganized work environment. Amazon should consider cutting their contracts with your company.
It is difficult to apply for because the application process is complicated
