I went through a decade of back pain before trying Dunn a year and a half ago.  For the first time in my life today, I touched my toes without bending my knees.  The most useful part of my sessions there was the education given by the staff.  They didn't promise to magically fix me; they made it clear that it was a process that took work on my behalf and showed me the best stretches.  I've forgotten what it was like to have a bad back, and I wish I had gone here sooner.
