Breath of Salt is offering a non-drug solution for better breathing, boosting your immune system, getting rid of stress, relaxation and relief from many respiratory problems as well as skin issues. Salt has been used for hundreds of years as a natural healing aid. Salt or Halo Therapy (dry salt therapy) in many cases has been effective in promoting the healing of aliments such as: Acne, allergies, arthritis, bronchitis, C.O.P.D., Cystic Fibrosis, ear infections, eczema, fatigue, psoriasis, respiratory tract infections, sinusitis, snoring and a weak immune system. There are many others besides the ones listed here.
Dry Salt Therapy, in a Himalayan Salt Room is a proven safe and natural way of healing, with at least 25 years of scientific studies on patients by European scientist and physicians who have helped thousands of people feel better.
Our salt room has tried to replicate the microclimate of the European salt mines and caves where Halo Therapy started hundreds of years ago. We keep the room temperature between 68 and 70 degrees and the humidity between 45-55 percent. These conditions make it more suitable for breathing more comfortably.
We have a large salt room that will accommodate 10 people. We are in the process of adding a children's salt room and a massage room. We want to make our facility available to everyone who needs or wants to come and an atmosphere of natural healing.
However, we cannot accommodate smokers or users of any other tobacco products. You need to have quit smoking at least three weeks before making an appointment for Salt Therapy.
