I didn’t realize that oscar the grouch had a second job at Treasure Island! Our bartender gave no greeting, no follow up after the first drink, and no positivity whatsoever. When it was time to leave, the bartender had the audacity to say he would comp our drinks if we “took care of him”, as if my group hadn’t been gambling at the video poker machines for 45 minutes. Picture for visual aid to anybody too young to remember Sesame Street.
Good place to waste time while waiting for a table to eat. They have gluten free bloody Marys for 14 dollars. The bar is interesting because they have big screens that take credit cards or cash to play games or gamble. The staff was attentive. We also won 1000 dollars at the table on a 25 cent bet lol.
Excellent bar, good service and nice people. 5 stars Food: 5/5
We came to stay at Treasure Island for 2024 CES show. Due to the weather, the flu and COVID, some of us didn't feel well so I asked the hotel front desk to borrow an electric kettle. Unfortunately, TI didn't offer kettle so front desk told us to go to the bar to get hot water. We asked around and found out Breeze Bar, which was right next to the hotel registration that they had hot water. We told the bar tender we were staying at the hotel and asked for two cups of hot water. Nevertheless, the bar tender lady, the one with blond curly hair who's in her 40-50's jumped up to her feet, yelled at us, said very loudly, "I'm going to charge you for hot water!" It was such a huge "surprise" to us that a bar tender shouting at us for asking for hot water! We were so shocked at this lady's attitude that we were speechless for a few seconds. Still, we said calmly, "Front desk told us to come here to get hot water." The mid-age blond curly hair lady remained very rude, "Go get hot water from them!" It's not that the bar charges for hot water that's shocking, it's this blond curly hair lady's attitude towards the hotel guest. It's totally unacceptable. This lady could have dealt with our request in a much nicer and peaceful way if she could not do it. During CES, Treasure Island's hotel price went up to $400-$500 per night and it's 4-star hotel. Such unhappy service and experience are definitely out of our expectation. It has never happened in my career life, giving that I travelled a lot. Breeze Bar and the hotel may operate separately. Yet, Breeze Bar and the hotel should already have some common and agreed policy about "special service". When in disagreement, Breeze Bar's employee should never shout at the hotel's guests. There is a huge gap between the management of the hotel and the bars/service that are inside the hotel, which is very disappointing. We feel very disrespectful by this lady’s attitude. We will not recommend Breeze Bar to anyone and we will not come back to stay at Treasure Island in the future.
Been coming here after work for awhile now. Just wanted to say all the bartenders are good and friendly. Until I went one night and got Alison, she was rude and quick with her words. Constantly was complaining about me not playing enough, which I've never had a problem before with any other bartender. She was very unfriendly, and the cause of me leaving this review. Other than her, solid spot for drinks and gambling, and watching some sports on the TVs.
I enjoyed the breeze bar food. I recommend the half salad, buffalo wings, chicken strip, fries, etc.. All the food was hot and delicious. Music was a little loud. Service was good.
Best bartender ever. So friendly. Hyped up and the specialty drink is a hello kitty!
Came here for my 21st birthday and had a great time. Shoutout to Nikolay, best bartender ever!Food: 5/5
Great service, good food.
Not a bad place to grab a drink. Love the look and feel of the place. Dead center of the casino. Staff are very attentive. Their menu mostly consists of vodka drinks but it is a full bar. Recommend this place if you want a bar that isn't so packed.
