Brennan's Floral Gift Shop

Stopped in for some roses. Staff seemed disinterested in my business. Said they wouldn't be ready until 5 pm. They weren't busy. Obviously they didn't want my business so I took it up the street and I am so glad I did. Way better selection and I was treated much better. I would not recommend this place.

I was feeling down one day and wanted to buy myself a bouquet. The gentleman working helped me pick out stem by stem & wrapped them up beautifully for me. I tell everyone to get flowers here. I don't understand why anyone would get flowers from a supermarket. They have such a nice assortment, too. For a large bouquet of individually picked stems, I paid $20. That's an awesome deal in my opinion. He might have given me a deal tho since I told him they were for me.

The lady that works there makes makes the most beautiful arrangements. Just tell her what you want and let her do her magic and I guarantee you will love it!!!!

If I could give this place no stars, I would! I went into this place two days before Valentine's Day and charged a $125.00 order so my girlfriend can have a nice surprise delivered to her on Valentine's Day. The very next day, which was the day before Valentine's Day, I get a text from my gf thanking me for the flowers. She was at work and not home and her daughter texted her a picture of the delivery that came. A completely different Valentine's Day a few years back, I walked into this place and put in an order well over $100.00 and wanted them delivered to my girlfriend at her place of work. The order never showed on Valentine's Day because the incompetent delivery driver mistook the business address as a residential address and decided to deliver the order later after his business orders. My gf's work was closed by the time the idiot got there. I demanded a complete refund for their screw up, which they gladly did. After the second screw up, I demanded to speak to the owner and when he got on the phone, he was far from apologetic. He was mostly rude and his exact words "mistakes happen" To anyone thinking about doing business with this place...don't! Their very unprofessional and very incompetent people who have no business running a floral service!

Called there today for a last minute boutonnière and the man said no. It’s a boutonnière! One flower! Needless to say I will not being going there EVER. Not a good way to treat a person who has never shopped with you.
