Brew City Towing and Recovery

I didn’t have an appointment but the air conditioner in my truck all the sudden started stinking like musty rotten food when I had the blower going. I called Erik because I was driving by in the area and he said to stop by and he’d look at it. He took things apart, ordered a part, looked up on haw to fix the smell, and hung out for an hour to get the part put in and do the cleaning. It took an hour out of his busy day, but Erik didn’t mind. He remembered me from a few weeks ago when I brought it to the shop for new brakes. It was my first time there because I usually serviced it at the dealer. I had just gotten an oil change at the dealer ship and they told me I needed new rear brakes. Brew City Auto was $150 cheaper than the dealership to replace the brakes. While Erik’s technician was replacing the brakes they noticed that one of the rear shocks was completely blown out. I had no idea how that could be because the day before I had the vehicle serviced here I had gotten the oil change. We had no idea how some thing like that quickly list. We were leaving on a trip to go camping the following day so thankfully Eric found what was in need of repair and fixed it before we towed a 9000 pound camper 150 miles away. Had Erik from Brew City Towing haul a 32" x 9' walnut log for me, he was very courteous, prompt, Professional and very reasonably priced. Can't thank him enough! I stayed at aHoliday Inn Express in Milwaukee Wi . Went to Las vegas for 4 days came back and my car had been moved in the parking lot and I still had my keys. Damage was done by brew city. I had to pay a $500 deductible as well as a rental car for 29 days. 833.00. Keep up the good work. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to call them serval times, left a message and never got a return call back at all so much for 24 hours Towing Service. I mean if you are offering service at least be available for the service. I guess that is why their competitors are better. Had to use 24 Hr Towing & Recovering and they got back to me within 5 minutes. That is how it should be.
