They just waste a lot of my time for few months as they told me they were interest to do brew stand. Alway coming up with excuse and i should know better as these guy sound like bunch of young little boys over the phone. They do have nice website and reasonable selection. I have my own business and have 32 employees, so there is no excuse for wasting customer time. Simple be honest and straight forward.

This place is great. Good selection, fast delivery and good communication by email. We are a small brewery in Torrance, and I have been ordering all the tri-clamp items I needed for startup, equipment changes and maintenance. I have not had to cut and weld any piping because Brewers Hardware has elbows, spools and all sorts of other tri-clamp parts available. We have been able to make lost of improvements to our system because we had parts available. Quick invoicing and shipment. I even got a personal email to notify me something just ran out of stock and was backordered. They gave me the option to split the delivery so I would receive the rest of my items and did not charge any extra shipping.

We own and operate a small craft brewery and purchased a BCS-462 Brewery Control System from Brewers Hardware. When we had problems with the setup Brewers Hardware was immediately available for advice on the phone, replaced the entire system without arguing that we might have made a mistake during installation, shipped the replacement for free, and provided great advice for the re-installation.
