I was taught a lesson by this company today that everyone should learn how to become a plumber themself . I asked them to fix my faucet because the water pressure on the cold water side was suddenly very low. The plumber arrived on time. After checking, he told me that the cost was $195 per hour plus material . Although I was shocked by such high rate but I still agreed based on his company's five-star review and he was right in front of me . As a result, the entire repair process did not take more than one minute. In fact, it was just a tiny piece of rubber stuck under the water tap switch , after removed it by a clip the whole repair was done ! I paid $195 for this one minute job because he insisted it was a reasonable charge no matter it took a minute or an hour ! I feel so stupid ! But what can I say other than a wry smile ? So now I just want to remind everyone their hourly rate is $195 ! because they didn’t make it clearly on the phone when I asked how they chargeService: Faucet repair

What professionals!! Scott and Kevin recently removed my oil boiler and replaced it with natural gas. The quality of work was top notch, not to mention the cleanliness of there work. Bria Plumbing rearranged my plumbing in my newly configured kitchen and installed faucet. Another time Scott diagnosed a bathroom leaky faucet as soon as he saw it, Fixed and all is well. My son also used Bria for lots of plumbing work in the new house he bought in Easton. Again, excellent. I would highly recommend them, Very nice to work with and very professional.. May 2018...Water heater burst, called Scott at Bria, and he sent his guys to replace. The were so nice, neat and professonal and recommended the best way to automatically shut off water should this happen again. I wish I could give Bria 10 stars for their customer service and dedication. Scott came to our home the day before Thanksgiving for a general question we had about our heat, noticed it wasn't working and changed his plans to stay and fix it so our family wouldn't be cold. I will use Bria for all our home heating and plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.
