Doc and staff are awesome. My appointment was 945 and my wife came with and had a ear infection so the doc told us he would see her right after my visit even though she isn’t a patient of his and he even cut her visit price in half since her insurance wasn’t accepted. 5 stars hands down!
I've been going to Dr Stein for a long time and can tell you he has the best staff who will do anything they can for you and more and as far as Dr Stein I have never had a Dr willing to explain everything to you and make sure you understand and his appointments are pretty much on time I'm 72 years old and been to many primary care doctors and he is the best. Thank you and your staff for everything you guys do.
Office staff and Physician are great... Sometimes you have to wait, but isn't that with all good things? Have no idea what some of the other reviewers are talking about. Dr. Stein is extremely professional and the only reason why anyone would have to wait is because he takes as much time with each patient as is needed. He never makes you feel like a number or rushing you out the door to move onto another patient. I would rather wait a little longer than feel like I was on a stop-watch when it was my turn.
I cannot speak to Dr. Stein's ability to treat, but if his receptionist's communication skills are any indication, you would be better served going elsewhere. I recently inquired about becoming a new patient, and his receptionist went on a tangent that touched on everything from COVID to the doctor being too busy to see new patients. I'm trying to get an appointment, I don't need a run down on the state of internal medicine in the 19114 zipcode. Medicine is about treating people with dignity, and this staff member did anything but that.
Do yourself a favor and find a different place. The negative reviews are all 100% correct on all sites. Dr Stein himself is cool, I really do like the guy personally. But with everything else, it isn’t worth it. I ended up in the hospital because it’s almost impossible to get an appointment unless you lose a days work, or don’t have a job at all. Trust me
Frequently forgot to refill prescriptions. Would never pick up the phone. And Brian Stein is far from knowledgeable. In the waiting room, friends of the doctor/staff are regularly seen first. After waiting over 2 hours for my last check up, I decided to find another family doctor.
Found the doctor and staff to be professional and trust them with my healthcare. Long wait for a appointment but that’s everywhere nowadays.
Great staff and doctor really listen to your problems. The doctor is amazing. Yes there is a wait for worth it to see him. The only doctor that you can trust he went what best
It is impossible to get in contact with the office. It will be busy the second they open. Which is probably because they don't turn off the "answering machine" until... well until when ever they feel like it. SO you have to just keep calling and listening to the condescending receptionist that is on the phone.
Great doctor but expect to wait well past your appointment time.
