I received had a endoscopy with Dr. Brian Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan and his staff, Portia, Karla and Percilla were awesome. Very professional and compassionate.
Second visit in a few years and my husband goes as well. I have always found staff to be fast and efficient, no long waits, and Dr. Kaplan spends quality time, is thorough and asks questions. Plus he LISTENS.
The women answering the phone and making the appointment was a complete idiot. I hope I got my an appointment setup correctly.
Terrible service. Called several times to get help after seeing him twice and I never got a call back after a month! Finally gave up and am going to see someone else. Will never see him again.
Extremely systematic approach to medicine, very thorough, very respectful
