His emails are informative, he is great at keeping you informed no matter what your experience level is, and his team is friendly and just as on top of things as he is himself. I'll never forget how great of an experience it was working with Brian!

My husband and I have worked with Brian on two separate loans; a home loan for our primary residence in 2016 and refinancing our rental property last month (April 2018). He was the consummate professional both times. His level of detail, response time and follow through truly are impressive. He made sure he, or his team, communicated and explained each step of the process. I almost worked with a different broker for the 2018 refi, though attempting to work with that other broker made me really appreciate the level of service that Brian offers. Brian has a level of personal care and commitment that's just unmatched. In the end, I went with Brian for the 2018 refi and saved a significant amount of money since his fees and rate were better. He also went out of his way to make several key decisions along the way that saved me money without me even asking. Somewhat on a whim we decided to sell our townhouse (right outside of DC) with the hopes of buying a single-family home with a yard. Before going full-speed ahead, we wanted an idea as to how much we could afford for our second home. After looking through reviews, we decided to submit a pre-qualification request through Brian’s website – and honestly, it was the best decision we could’ve made during the home buying process! Brian is SO quick to respond to your emails/requests/questions – it provides such peace of mind since time is typically of the essence during the home buying process. He is exceedingly affable, patient, enjoyable to work with, and readily available to help with whatever he can. He is an expert in his industry and is skilled at educating and updating home buyers throughout every step of the process (in language/terms that anyone can understand). He is so efficient, detailed, and seriously just on top of everything – I sometimes wonder when he sleeps. During a process where I would normally feel some stress/anxiety – I never worried once because Brian kept us so informed and up to date. Brian and his team found us an opportunity to complete a homebuyer’s education course that locked us in with an amazing rate – significantly lower than current rates. Our payment on our new house is cheaper than it was for our townhouse which was significantly cheaper than our current home. He even helped us find our realtor which was another great fit for us and our needs. He’s continued to stay in touch with us post-closing to ensure everything goes smooth with the transfer of our loan and to answer any questions that we have. I have the highest level of confidence in him and his team, I have already referred multiple people to him that are considering buying. There are seriously not enough praises, he is wonderful and I can guarantee your home buying experience will be so much smoother if you work with him!!
