I am an insurance professional with 10 years of small business ownership, sales, and lots of dream protection expertise. We offer auto, home, life, farm, ranch and commercial insurance products, tailored to fit your unique needs and protect your dreams. You can count on my team to be honest and straightforward, and put your best interest first. As the owner of AMFAM Biltmore-Arcadia, I have built my insurance agency on high standards so that we’re there when you need us, and we earn your business for life.

 We are licensed in Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa.  We are open 8:00 am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday and by appointment on Saturday.  We offer claim reporting 24x7 every day of the year.

The best of the best. If you need insurance he is your guy. If you plan on buying a house and have cars he can bundle them and save you a lot. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and patient. Plus you save money. A win!

Brian has served as my Insurance Agent both, Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance, for the past 4 years. I have only needed to make minor claims until recently. I was in an accident and was very lucky to have American Family work with me via text and email to get my car back on the road quickly. For a single working mom, having a working car is vital. The great claims service was smooth and supportive. Brian's attention to detail and helpfulness during the claims process guarantees I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I met Brian through mutual friends and we played golf together a few times.  Through these interactions, I got to know Brian as a person and witnessed his character and integrity in a unique yet true-tested environment those who play golf will understand.  Having recently married, and being the father of a toddler, I felt a strong urge to protect my family.  Despite already being well-insured, I felt Brian would be a person who would be there for my family should a traumatic instance occur.  While I was willing to pay a premium for his customer service and attention, I was delighted to discover I was actually going to save a significant amount of money annually for both my auto and homeowners insurance.  I have plans to add life insurance over the summer and I'm comforted knowing I can rely on Brian's expertise and interest in my family's well-being.

Brian is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has been our companies workers comp rep for years. He provides great offers on auto and life. We have him as our auto rep on several policies and our employee use him as well. No complaints here, just an understanding and great person.

Brian is a top notch agent.  His follow up is impressive and he has everything filed and handled in a timely fashion.  When I was in an accident I called him from the scene and he talked me through all the things I needed to pay attention to for filing my claims.  You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely horrible agent. The most rude and disrespectful man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Consistently pushes blame on others for HIS mistakes. I truly wouldn’t be surprised if this man became physical he is so quick to anger. Save yourself the trouble and stress AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
