Brick by Brick

Dean and his lads did an amazing job initially. They came back a few days later to do a few bits and pieces, but 9 months later, after many many excuses, my job is still not completed. I think the problem is that he does such a good, but takes on too much work. So disappointing after a very promising start.

The Business has failed in multiple occasion. Hand Over for the flat with lot of snagging to be done. Unresolved from the building company multiple times. Poor Maintenance service and poor structure for dealing with ongoing building issue. At today still the same issue, nonetheless my service charge has gone up from 127a month to 147 in two years. Inflation?Neglicence? You name it.

Just looking through the response to these reviews shows that Brick by Brick has no idea how to communicate with the residents and public in Croydon who have every right to have an opinion on how their money is being mismanaged. Appalling company and has always had a terrible reputation in Croydon, a blot on our community. Also notice there's a couple of reviews here from people with the surname Phelps. Is it a coincidence that the Deputy CEO of Brick by Brick is called Chloe Phelps. I wonder if these people had direct dealing with Brick by Brick?
