If you want to be treated rudely and stared at like you have dirt on your face then go here The most unfriendliness cashier/ owner i have ever dealt with
I’d give zero stars if I could. I tried returning slimy and gooey mozzarella bag of cheese my husband had just bought. It smelled rancid and looked disgusting. I was extremely polite. The owner screamed in my face and refused to give me a refund because “I don’t make the cheese here that’s not my fault” and “Kroger wouldn’t refund you” yes they would. She brought an employee out to watch and listen to me be screamed at and degraded. I told her again I wanted my money back because the cheese was spoiled and inedible or I’d be filing a formal complaint. She screamed at me all the way to the register and told me I wasn’t welcome back. No problem- with that customer service I would never want to step foot in there again.
Went into this shop with my partner one day and encountered the rude woman mentioned in many other reviews. She loudly interrogated us on what we were there for the moment we walked in, and watched our every move the entire time we were in the store as if she thought we were going to steal. We had just come in to look at the carryout meals and ended up leaving without buying anything because she was making me uncomfortable. I also noticed that they were selling Kroger Private Selection and Wal-Mart Great Value brand items at inflated prices, which seems shady to me. Not really sure how this place stays open.
This adorable unassuming little maket is choc full of freshly made delicacies from Greece, cheeses and wines from France and elsewhere, beer and everything else you’d need from a market. The owner is adorable and friendly. She’s a sweet lady that knows a lot about food and will happily chat about it until you’re dying to eat everything in the place! I HIGHLY recommend this little gem and envy your first experience there, that’s how fun mine was!
Terrible place that should not be getting one star. The short foreign lady that works there is beyond rude. I'm not really sure that she understands that customer support makes her business. Does this woman think that people are stupid & have to put up with her attitude. WRONG! No one needs your store enough to put up with your demeaning behavior. Don't go to this place unless you are looking for a dose of bad attitudeGoing out of business would be best for the customers & owner This customer will never return!!!!
Did not have a chance to go in the store. Was about to go in and shop before getting rushed off the property because she assumed we were parking long term for the apartments next door. I walked to the door to tell her what she has done. Her response was, "I don't care! LEAVE!" So everyone, leave this business alone. They don't want to be bothered with customers.
Great little spot with a nice selection of food and drinks. The baklava is the best we have eaten and the homemade brownies are also great. The staff was very cordial and accommodating.
The lady who is there this morning is very rude and does not really need to be doing this business. She kicked a friend of ours off her property as they were going to shop and pick up their dog from us. As we forgot to give them something I went in to look for him and she said she could not understand me and did not care what I wanted. Pathetic!
I enjoyed a serving of super tasty dolmas with yogurt sauce from Bridge Mart. They also had baba ganoush and really tempting baklavah and humongous cookies. They now also sell my jams and jellies! Highly recommended for a quick, healthy, to-go snack.
Delicious hummus! Best hummus in Charleston. Everything we've tried is delicious and the people are great.
