Don't rent from anyone affiliated with them poor property management. They will allow properties to make up charges at move out to keep your deposit and try to charge you more money than the deposit... Have been on time with all rent payment gave back apartment clean you will be hearing from my attorney. Oh and their office errors will become your problem as a resident. Never fixed one problem I had from sewage coming from the ceiling to roaches that were a constant problem Park Grove Square In Dallas is a total dump poorly managed and this is the company you will deal with whenever you will have a problem with them. If one person sees this and dose not rent there you are welcome and you deserve better from a property management group
Maintenance service don't take the work order seriously. In my unit it's a big issue that when it rain its a waterfall inside the walls soak and wet mold and the water drain through the ceiling and all the outlets from the light in the ceiling and I have complaint several times and as of today nothing yet.
Horrible! The whole experience was a big mess. Their realtors would always try to do showing on short notice. Before we moved out they asked if they can help removing some furniture we didn’t need and they threw away my personal items totaling to 1,500$ !!!! And NEVER apologized or took the matter seriously. I could have taken a legal action, shame on you. They also charged us for that service that they offered! They never mentioned that it will cost us something.
Stay far, far away from this company, especially the guy named Thomas. I had to constantly email him to get any kind of information and then he emailed me three weeks after my application at near midnight to tell me I was rejected on basis of credit. I understand that that was the landlords determination but he initially told me he thought the landlord would accept it, gave me no information, and I lost 2 weeks of time that I could have been looking for my desired August move date.
I highly recommend NOT renting through Bridgestone. We had endless issues with our apartment that Bridgestone was reluctant to actually fix...they would stall and look for the easiest, temporary solutions to buy time even after we proposed a true, problem-solving solution. This was true for a major rat and fly problem we had, broken appliances that they took months to fix/replace, leaks/flooding, etc. Upon showing, they specifically did not inform us of certain things that did not work in the apartment, which we assumed would work. Then they refused to fix them once we moved in, claiming that they never said that they DID work. Total BS. Do not rent through Bridgestone unless you want to constantly regret choosing the apartment you did.
Not a great company, The property Manager has no respect for their tenanats, the place were I live is in deplorable conditions, every since I have reported this company to City Hall, regarding a number of situation's that were really serious, the "Property Management" would just brush it under the rug.. I have been physically assulted by another tenant whom still lives above me, and my children, ive never had a problem with "Bridge Stone Property" until they moved that tenant in.. Praying for new Owner's of the building, and hopefully for a better living as well..
I have a mayor issue in my unit that I gave report in the past 3 months and this people haven't even bothered to fix it this is why next step is court.
Since they became to manage the property in which I live they are not attending to problems accordingly and some of the maintenance workers look like they came straight off the street no experience at all some of them can not speak english.
All properties are dumps!
