Super awesome managers. So overly accommodating. If you have any problems they jump right on it and go over and beyond expectations. They are friendly, helpful, and involved. The price is KILLER for what you get. The apartments are beautifully kept, have tons of storage and huge bedrooms. It’s the best apartment we’ve ever lived in (we’ve lived in 7+). The ward is amazing. The environment is amazing and the parks are perfect for kids. Great for families with children. Would recommend 100%.

Love the university. Professors really care about their students and all students on campus. It's an amazing environment for learning. One of the main things that makes this campus different is that most of the professor's come directly from the field they are teaching in. This really is a cool way of learning, having someone that had actually had the job you are looking for in the future and can give you real life insights and advise.

The professors are amazing. However the offices on campus are absolutely terrible. They've lost my scholarship before and charged me a $100 late fee! My scholarship went directly from my scholarship provider to byui financial aide office; I didn't even touch it! Yet somehow they lost it, told me 4 times that it was their fault and that I wouldn't get charged a late fee on my tuition and then they charged me a late fee! The children who work in the offices never know what they're talking about. I can't tell you how many times I've been sent back-and-forth between offices because the office has no idea what they're doing. My word of advice, when you go into an office don't speak with the students just ask to see a supervisor or someone in charge. That's the only way you'll get things done.

BYUI has been a great place to learn and grow and nothing can take that away, or so you thought. BYUI requires you to take 1 or 2 credit courses as part of each of your semester course of classes. However these professors don't get the hint that their class are 1 or 2 credit courses and they issue tons of work which takes tons of time from learning other more important classes which will help you more in your degree. I tried asking if I could drop a 2 credit course and still receive financial aid, while still being a full time student. Answer; "No." So in sort, you either go to an university in which you pay more and get good classes that don't distract you from your major or come here, pay less and be forced to take classes that pull you away from your major. Simple as that.

Very spiritual environment. My life was overall changed for the better by attending this institution. Great quality education. Two of my Book of Mormon teachers came straight from Yale. Also, much of the other staff have beyond impressive résumés and I felt so lucky to have them guide me. My only problem I have with the school is the Honor Code office. I wish they would collaborate more with priesthood authorities before slamming the gavel. I've had two bishops tell my wards that if we knew of a violation against the honor code to report it to them before the Honor Code office because they are biased toward the justice and could kick you out of school for petty affairs.
