I have been using this place for MANY years. I supported the location the best I could during Covid. This past week I needed a wedding outfit adjusted. Went for a fitting with shoes got back nothing what we agreed on as it was still long and looked nothing like the fitting. I said please fix it. Claudia charged me again to make it right. Not even a discount nothing and when I went to pick it up it was not ready. I was mislead with the statement “I have to pay the guy again” she was the GUY. After so many year’s clearly she doesn’t meed my business and there was many issues. I will not go into it but “labels and maybe where she knows you buy something “ Price seems to go up. Find a better please

Always a great cleaning and exceptional customer service. I had my girlfriend in town for an interview and she needed a suit pressed for the next day. By the time we got to Bright Cleaners it was 7PM and they were closing up, however Claudia stayed late and helped us out. I highly recommend this place!

Same day service Monday to Friday. Saturday is two day due to being closed on Sunday. Very impressive on quality. And response to pick up requeats

Bright Cleaners ruined 2 of my wife’s dresses then refused to own up to it. There were bleach spots on both of the dresses.
