I was honestly impressed with everyone whom I came in contact with at this clinic - the hygienist was amazing to go above and beyond in taking care of both me and my daughter in such a professional manner on the same day in a crunch. The way the doctor kindly shared all his knowledge in depth made me feel very comfortable and safe. The assistant and receptionist were both great and efficient at taking the xrays and processing and explaining the breakdown of insurance, payment and scheduling. I will definitely return for many services here and will be sharing about this clinic with all my friends and family!

This location of Bright Now Dental provides excellent dental work and professionalism. I just had a crown replaced and my experience was quite good. The crown is beautiful as was the temporary and perfectly matched in color and shape. Also, the staff from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist herself we're kind, careful, considerate and talented. My whole family gets all of our dental work done at this location and we have always been very satisfied with the quality of work. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing any type of dental care. You may count on them to take great care of you!

I had a great dental experience during my dental visit. Most detailed and complete dental visit I have ever had .... I highly recommend this place. I got a complete set of radiographs, full mouth periodontal probe and a detailed dental cleaning with ultra sonic scaling and hand instrumentation. This place did everything right without skipping any steps. I was very impressed with the staff, hygienist and the Doctor. Keep up the good work

I went in for a deep cleaning and the staff here is amazing. The front office are kind and courteous they helped me when I had no insurance and were very accommodating and cooperative I can not say enough about the level of kindness here no attitudes just easy going all around. The guy who did my deep cleaning procedure was SO NICE he saw I was anxious and offered me all the necessary options for my pain and anxiety he stopped and waited as long as I was not in pain he really went above and beyond to make sure I was COMPLETELY comfortable.

The people there are very nice and professional. I received my teeth and boy are they messed up. The bottom teeth hurt and can be fixed easily but the uppers are totally crooked and will need to be sent back. It has already taken four months because their lab is out of state so it will take a long time to get these corrected. If it wasn't for this out if state lab issue I would give five stars. Update....to my surprise this amazing office is actually totally remaking my dentures from beginning to end and they are using a local lab to make them. Using a local lab will quicken the process by a lot. I am so grateful for their compassion and desire to make sure I am happy with the end results.!!!

I 100% do not recommended to anyone, especially if you’re interested in receiving braces from this place. It has not been a pleasant experience. I am only able to see the ortho every once a month and when I do; it is a process that seems rushed. I went in today hoping that I would finally be able to get my braces and to my surprise I was told that I would only be able to receive brackets on my top teeth because they only have an hour scheduled for me. They were never clear about that when they scheduled me. My sister has her braces from here as well and they did the same thing to her. In the beginning, she had to go back multiple times because her brackets were placed incorrectly and would cut her. Please do not waste your time and money. Biggest regret, at this point I would recommend driving to Mexico instead if you want a good price. They might be more consistent, put both TOP and BOTTOM brackets on and not try to bill your insurance for more money.

This office is great! Had three awesome visits so far. Staff was able to take care of my teeth, made pleasant conversation, and didn't make fun of me when I drooled from the numbing agent. Root canal procedure went very smoothly, and virtually pain free. The endo they use has the highest hand I've ever felt. Dr B is awesome as well! She is very down to earth, and tell you how it is. Will be going back to get the rest of my work done, when the insurance recycles. Thank you!

I would never write a review about a service that was not completed until it was finalized. I have crowding and wanted to get braces to fix the issue. It is very hard to have an orthodontist that is only available once or twice a month. In the event a bracket becomes unattached It is very painful. My bracket on my crown became unattached and I noticed that my molar behind the crown was broken so I called the Cave creek Location and they said that I could go to the Bethany home location to see the orthodontist and I did due to the pain. The receptionist was nice at Bethany and the assistant called me back in a decent amount of time I explain the amount of pain that my mouth was in she cut the wire remove the bracket and said I need to come back in 2 weeks And I Asked The assistant if the orthodontist had a couple minutes to look at the broken tooth or my mouth and she said no absolutely not. I do not feel that it is high-quality care if the professional licensed orthodontist can’t even take a couple minutes to look at someone’s mouth with a broken tooth. I am going to make an appointment to see a regular dentist about the broken tooth immediately. You only get one set of teeth and you have to care more than anyone else. I like going to dentists and practitioners that have empathy and do not neglect symptoms and a patient in pain.

Very poor service front desk lady and assistant of dentist. Assistant of dentist I forgot name her customer service very poor. She did not know how to talk with patients. She needs more training. I was surprised.I did not ask price dental equipment, but she warned me about equipment price , she told me , don’t do that it’s $10000 when she was taking pictures of tooth.I didn’t say anything. I felt upset. But dentist the lady was friendly and excellent. I visited in Thursday July 18

Friendly, comfortable treatment with cutting edge technology. The bathroom is sparkling clean. Prices were explained fully before each service and before and after applying insurance. I will definitely return for my next examination and cleaning.
