I have been a patient here for 3 years and have always had a very pleasant experience. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The dentist is very nice and is very thoughtful and always checks in during the procedure if anything is too painful. It is a very clean office and I never have to wait too long for my appointment. All procedures and prices and clearly explained and they definitely do there best to make sure there are no surprise charges.

Dr Vo was great. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and was gentle had some cavities filled. Lisa the woman who took x-rays and cleaned my teeth was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Bright Now! Dental

They staff is very rude. They were pushing for me to do deep cleaning when I told them I had history in it within 2 years. I just wanted a normal check and cleaning. They told me I had 9 cavities. When I didn't. They wanted to replace my old fillings. And wass soo pushy. I said no literally like 6x. I just got my bill when they said everything is covered by my insurance. I owe $259 for them to xray and clean only 1/2 my mouth. I'm never going there again. Imagine if I had gone along with what they recommend, I'd be in huge debt.

Do NOT DO ORTHO WITH BRIGHT NOW! These guys had me come down to complete a sham of an assessment. The doctor was an older gentleman who told me everything he could to get me not to transfer to this location. He informed me that his boss instructed him not to work on my braces at all. The staff was extremely rude and the day before they had messed up on the billing and were trying to extort a $1,300 payment or they would not see me. The one good thing I will say is that the location is very clean and tidy.

My husband and I both had crown procedure done at this office, although we don't have any complaints on the work done. Dentist and assistants performed well. It's the office staff that don't have a clue on the billing side. They got no prior pre - authorization before performing crown replacements and a few months later we received about 900/dollars in need to pay for services that we were not eligible for. Should they have done their job thoroughly they would of advised we would occur our of pocket fees if we proceeded. Not happy on how they are handling this unfortunate situation. Make sure the office staff is getting approvals from your insurance provider before any work is done or you will end up like us and owe.

My mom had an appt here and she was very pleased with the dentist and his explanation of her work that is needed. I was also very pleased with way he explained it to me and showed me.. The assistant and the girl at the front desk were also very helpful explaining the benefits.. very pleased .

I couldn’t be any happier with my first experience at this office. The staff here was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I went in for a check up and to have a cavity looked at and I left throughly impressed. They were able to fix my cavity and go over, in detail, the additional work I needed done and the options available to me. The best part; I felt absolutely no pressure to get anything done right away. They aren’t out to get your money, they are there to help and that’s what they did. Thank you, Bright Now!

Bright Now! Dental in Chino is the first dental office that I feel comfortable coming to. Everyone from the office staff, dental assistants, dental hygienists and dentist are all great at what they do. They took time to really explain every detail of my care. Which really helped me feel like I was in good hands. It had me feel less nervous and confident in coming back. Everyone at this office was so welcoming and kind. It was absolutely the best service I have ever received at any dental office. I will definitely be coming back for all my dental needs.

Worst visit since being a patient of 7 years. Showed up early to my appointment and receptionist informed me that they were very behind and if I would like to reschedule. I would have IF I would have been called earlier. My appointment was at 430. I made arrangements to my schedule to make it to the appointment. It’s courtesy to call patients when you’re running behind 30+mins. I know this because I’m in the medical field. Long story short, I waited 1.5+ hours just for x-rays and a 10 min visit with the dentist. No cleaning was done and additional xrays were ordered. Couldn’t have them done EHR and machine we’re communicating. The xray tech was very nice and professional but he was visibly tired and frustrated. From what I gathered, when patients need additional treatment after examination instead of SCHEDULING them for a future date they do it on the spot. That’s terrible! It obviously doesn’t work for the office staff and waiting patients, why is this an office practice!? Last time I’m visiting. After all of these years, their service has been ok and I’ve overlooked some things but this was the last draw. Everyone’s time is valuable, it’s priceless and I will never get those two hours back!
