Bright Start Nanny Service

Brightstart Nanny Service is the worst business I have ever encountered. I am a member of the military and my wife and I are business owners. Needless to say we are very busy and the experience with Brightstart has been another task added to our plate. From having to check behind them with accounting from being overcharged with nanny no shows consistently. We were never able to plan or even feel comfortable. For the amount of money they charge the service is mediocre and seems to be amateur at best. Kali will continuously promise you things and never deliver. Mistakes happen but this has not been a smooth process from the start. I will never recommend them or use their service.

I have been employed by Bright Start Nanny Service for several years. I have never encountered a situation with pay. I have always been paid on time. We have a 4 year old with special needs as well as 2 other children. We struggled with finding a good nanny for our children, one who had experience with a special needs child. My friend referred us to Bright Start Nanny Services because she was currently using their service for their children. We interviewed and hired Doreen. She has made the biggest impact on our family. She also had experience with autism. It has been great!

My husband and I run a busy household of 7. Yes, we have 5 children! Four children are in school and one 3 yr old at home. All four of our children have after school activities... Needless to say we needed help. We contacted Bright Start Nanny Service and requested a nanny and child transportation. They sent over 4 interviewers and it was hard to choose because they were all wonderful. We chose Madeline and she has changed our lives! Literally! She cooks, cleans, helps with homework, transports kids to activities and helps with getting everyone ready for bed on school nights. She's exactly what we needed. We are so grateful to Bright Start for sending our family's perfect nanny match...They have also provided us a back up nanny when Madeline had to go out of town unexpectedly. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this service to any and everyone!

I contacted Bright Start 2 years ago in search of a nanny and have been with them ever since. The process was seamless and the service is very professional.. I trust this company and would recommend it to anyone in search of nanny services, household services, etc.. affordable pricing for quality services..

Please don’t use this company. It’s a scam!!! I worked for them as a tutor and worked 30 hrs and received no pay. Then refuses my calls. Don’t give them your account info!!!! Find another agency!!!! I’m currently bringing legal action against this horrible agency.

I worked for bright start and was always there on time,they still did not appreciate this,payday went from friday,to Saturday to Monday if they were more organized it would have been great.....

SCAMMM!! This agency never answer their phone & will not pay you on time.
