Bright Start Pediatrics PC

Dr Beck is condescending and neither of my daughters like her and with my oldest tried to impose that she get the HPV vaccine, she talked directly to her as though my wife wasn't in the room and encouraged her(my wife) that she could leave the room and they (Dr and daughter) could talk more. With my youngest, Dr Beck insulted my daughter's intelligence and after the appointment my daughter asked if Dr Beck was calling her a liar (her words). I don't trust her and she doesn't have a good bedside manor. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is her staff are very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable. Her staff is the only reason we have stayed this long.

The staff has always been great and very helpful. My kids love Dr. Rosser, and they are always helpful in getting my kids seen when needed.

Not understanding and feel they are all about appointments and money. Had to cancel two appointments for Dr. Rosser due to car being in the shop and a winter storm. Was told if i couldn't bring my newborn in 35 min away in a blizzard to find a new pediatrician. So i canceled my appointments and found a new one. Today i get a call from the doctor stating she was worried for my child and was going to call CPS because i didn't make the previous appointment. Who says that?? That's a little scary that a doctor would go as far as calling CPS on somone for something as little as missed appointments. I think she was mad she wouldn't be able to make money of them vaccine well checks. Highly disrespectful and glad i made the choice to not bring my child there.

Both my kids have been patients for years and am very pleased.

Worst doctor we have ever had to deal with rude staff. Doctor was worse. She is a quack
