A great service for those in need, a shame that the older man who is a volunteer and apparently " The Gate Keeper" is a mean spirited man, was I in gratitude for the items which I took with me, of course. Did I leave with a distaste in my mouth for a man that has no empathy for others. Definitely , it is quite humbling to swallow ones pride and stand in line to receive some stale donated bread and donated clothing. Being poor does not make one less of a human being. Really a shame as I don't believe the teachings of Jesus were the demonstrative actions of this man.
