Finding this company has been a Godsend to us. Their staff and management are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They know how to listen and hear what your concerns are and respond in a manner that is outstanding. In this day and age, communication seems to be lacking, but not here. They stay in touch and care about their clients.

I recently underwent serious back surgery and BrightStar was assigned to assist from the moment I left the hospital. I was given a thorough eval and seen by a couple of RN's as well as certified Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist as well as several sitter type individuals, sent to make sure, I was safe and settled, as I live by myself. I am grateful for their services.

I've been pleased with the care and communication from this company. Brightstar service is excellent and I encourage you to reach out if you need any care for your loved ones. Highly recommend.

One of the oldest restaurants in Alabama- so neat to see so much history in this “Titanic feel” establishment! Southern hospitality at its finest!!! We met and spoke in detail with the chef, met the members of the original family that owns and still WORK hard everyday into there seasoned years of life, got a tour, and our waitress and the rest of the staff were absolutely fabulous. Never have I ever felt so welcome... super duper greatful and impressed- And enjoyed me some Fried chicken greatness to boot. Lovin this place

This company won’t give their employees work and then fires them when they work part-time for someone else. They also sue widows/widowers who decide to use another service. Do NOT use this unprofessional service.
