BrightStar has stepped in and provided assistance for our parents at a time in their lives when a little extra help has been needed. Managing daily medications can be overwhelming for Seniors. Our concerns and worries were eliminated with the help of BrightStar. It's easy for Seniors to be sedentary, BrightStar caregivers have been the " let's get up and move and exercise" coach for our parents. Daily household tasks and errands can be easy to put off and ignore. BrightStar caregivers have kept the daily lives of our parents on schedule. We would recommend BrightStar to anyone who has sleepless nights worrying about how to fill in the gaps when your parents need a little extra help.

I needed someone to look after my mom when I was on business trips while my husband worked at nights. BrghtStar came highly recommended by an active member of the Roanoke Community Center. The owners and my family had several phone conversations and in-home meetings well before the scheduled sessions. They had a thorough understanding of my mom's needs. Most importantly, my mom loved the assigned caregiver, and looked forward to my next business trip :) Thank you, Kevin and Teri Jone!
