If I could give 0 star I would. More like Darkstar. Does not care about their employees or clients. You’re just another number that’s easily disposable. Ashley and everyone in the office are fake. Don’t waste your time putting your loved ones here. Because if they can’t find employee to cover the shift your on your own.
We hired BrightStar in November of 2019 to assist caring for my husband at home with our full time caregivers. We have been particularly pleased with our RN experiences and with one CNA in particular who is helping us our with weekend visits. Her name is Keshya
Bright Star in St. Paul worked with us on short notice to provide overnight care for a loved one in her last days. This allowed us to get some much needed sleep. They were efficient, sensitive to our needs and were able to provide the same person for each shift. Thank you Bright Star!
BrightStar has provided reliable and flexible care of my parents for eight years. Recently, Jeanne noticed Dad having side effects of a new med, and Travis, Director of Nursing, responded quickly on a weekend and set up nurse visits. Thanks!
