Brightstar Urgent Care

My dad hired BrightStar care to help him at home after he took a fall almost 2 months ago. Mari has been a great asset to the BrightStar care team. She’s is exceptionally friendly and caring. Mari goes to great lengths to make sure he is clean and comfortable and keeps things very clean and organized around his space.

Debra has been our caregiver for more than a year. She does an excellent job caring for our mother who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. Debra provides other services such as light cleaning, laundry, preparing meals, and more. Our mother looks forward to her visits and their conversations. Even though our mother repeats herself consistently Debra will find ways to bring up other topics that will peak our mother’s curiosity. This type of engagement assist our mother with her memory loss and allows her mind to think outside of her normal routine. Often times our mother will share the conversations that she had with Debra. I often hear them laughing and enjoying each other‘s company. Debra is an excellent caregiver and I highly recommend her. She is professional, skilled, and knowledgeable.

Working for Brightstar has been such a pleasure. I really love how I’m able to pick up extra shifts and the staff is amazing, always reaching out and understanding when an issue arises. Brightstar really holds up to their core values and prepares us to provide amazing care for our clients. Their integrity is through the roof and I plan on working here for a long time.

My daughter, Kristen Manning, has always been the kind of person who wanted to take care of others. She has been working for BrightStar Caring for a while now and truly enjoys it. She is finally doing what she has always wanted to do. Thank you BrightStar for allowing her to reach that goal.

I just started with Brightstar and I’m liking the company already they have there employees back in all kind of different ways. The office workers are so respectful and nice and they make you feel you have something to look forward too. This is a good company to work for I appreciate them.

Jazzmene came to care for my Cousin today that is on hospice. She has done a wonderful job in providing great care for her .Her bedside manner is amazing , she has showed care and compassion and took charge showing her colleague how to properly adjust the sheet and bed pad. We would love to have her back !

My mom has many needs since she is wheelchair bound but thank goodness for Angie G. She is amazing! She has such a caring heart and is there when Mom needs her and handles issues calmly and professionally! We hope she will be there for her forever. Huge Thank you to Angie.

Brightstar of Las Vegas has provided home healthcare for my now 93 yr old mother for nearly 6 years. During most of that time our primary caregiver has been Jeremy Daughrity who has been an absolute blessing. He has been reliable, loyal, kind, knowledgeable about how to assist my mother, he has taken initiative and sees the big picture. Jeremy has streamlined the system and greatly improved how the house runs on a daily basis. I don’t know where we would be without him! I have been working for BrightStar Care for a little over a year now, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing some at home help! The staff in the office and out in the field are extremely dedicated to their clients! They will do almost anything to make sure you are taken care of.
