Throughout the arduous experience of being the sole purchaser of my 1st home, I often expressed to Todd and Patrik (and others) that "Brightwire has been one of the ONLY bright spots in this whole process." They provided personal attention throughout, from pre-qualification to closing day. They had the best rates, answered every question propmptly and clearly with re-assurance (I needed to hear,) simplified the whole process and were right on top of every detail. Their advice with regard to a survey even saved me money!! As a single female in today's world almost everyone tries to rip "us" off. It was comforting to have Brightwire in my corner, as they earned my trust. The sellers realtor and their attorney dragged everything out (from negotiation and acceptance of my initial offer all the way to confirming a closing date.) That made things difficult because I needed to be out of my apartment quickly. Even though "the other side" prolonged the process, from day one my realtor told me not to worry because Todd (& Patrik) would get it done in 21 days and they did. Todd even came to my closing! He didn't just make an appearance, he waited with me, (my realtor, attorney and the title company) for two hours as the sellers attorney never showed up. They all somehow got everything "in before the bell" instead of rescheduling the closing and then congratulated me on owning my new home. Run, don't walk to Brightwire!!

Genuine personality! Don't start your home loan process without calling BrightWire loans. Todd Harrington and his team has the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the process and most importantly won't let you down. He will steer you in the right path to get your loan approved. He delivers exceptional service from the moment you pick up the phone till the closing date, he will be there for you and looks out for your best interests.

Brightwire Cleared My Loan for Closing in Only 13 Days! Not knowing the process (moved from VA to NJ), Todd and his team were amazing at explaining, keeping the process moving, clearing my loan in only 13 days, and being there at closing to help with any questions. I was told by my agent and attorney the timetable was not possible but Brightwire made it happen! This is how the home lending should be. I cannot recommend Brightwire enough.

We worked with Todd over the course of six months, working on several different properties until we finally closed in June 2017. Our finances were complex, with much of the income coming from a self-owned business. Given the esoteric requirements of different loan providers, Todd did a great job finding a path for us, structuring our assets in a way that worked. Todd was always available for the endless questions we had, even outside normal work hours. I appreciated Todd's comfort with technology - everything was done efficiently online. When we needed to look at numbers, Todd was happy to jump on a Google Sheet with us and talk it out. Todd was also efficient working directly with our accountants where needed - we didn't have to be the middleman for every single document and question. Now we have a house! We loved working with Todd and heartily recommend his whole team (thanks Patrik!) at Brightwire.
