Kara Hubner was great! We looked for several months for the 'right' house and Kara helped us the entire time. She is very prompt and easily accessible. We had a seamless closing period and couldn't be happier!
Use Brinkoetter and you choose to lose. Brinkoetter should be your last choice in real estate as it was mine. Unless you have piles of money to just throw at them for their doing nothing for months you will lose everything. And if they ever do anything they won't even say a word until your billed for it. The Brinkoetter name used to stand for something, now it just means the worst that real estate can be.
Simply Amazing experience! Michelle Bartlett took time to show me home after home all while doing an outstanding job with the Brinkoetter staff getting my house out in front of buyers. The Brinkoetter staff took time to do videos, social media posts, website coverage and open houses! Michelle and Carla along with their support staff were excellent! They made my home selling and buying experience as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Michelle Bartlett and the entire Brinkoetter & Associates staff to help you buying or selling your home!

I have used Brinkoetter several times and I have always had a great experience. In my last experience they sold my house in 6 days from the day we listed it. 1st incounter Joe Doolin was Awesome was very polite cheerful made me feel at ease as if he was working for me I had another realtor from another company Kent... I am not going to state a full name he awful run for the hills if you ever see that name. Joe is good. Go with Brinkkotter
Brinkoetter & Associates were very instrumental in helping us raise money for Macon County CASA. They went above and beyond in promoting our cause. I found them compassionate and caring. I had sent in a request thru Zillow for seeing the house at 742 Wolf Rd in Decatur. Alex first contacted me and then passed to Will Hart. In setting up the appointment, I mentioned we were coming from quite a distance away. The phrase "bait and switch" had not previously entered my mind when thinking of realtors. Until today, 4/27/20. After driving 180 miles, we were told that the seller of that house had miraculously accepted an offer that morning - after being listed on Zillow for more than a year. Accepted in the Morning We arrived at 12:15 pm There was no text No phone call Nothing to spare us the additional miles of travel Only questions about what we are looking for As if we would EVER pay you money to find our house.
Ashley lamb did a phenomenal job to get us the house for the right price and size! I appreciate all the hard work she put in to make it happen for my wife and I!
