We loved our pediatrician who isn't there anymore anyway but unfortunately after multiple issues with their billing department we just can't recommend. Most insurance companies cover well visits 100% but they will find ways to bill you for extra services so you'll have a bill every time, including depression screenings on an infant for example. Insurance won't cover illegitimate services so now we're stuck with these ridiculous bills. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them. When we tried to talk to the office manager about the issue she was so rude we decided to switch on the spot. Wildly inappropriate, and instead of working with their patients, they just ignore you doctor won't get back to us at all or yell at you. Totally unprofessional.

When my daughters pediatrician retired, I was heartbroken. All my children went to Dr. matsumura I absolutely loved Dr. matsumura an his wife kat. I found a new doctor in Kailua and had had the worst experience with that doctor. Every time my daughter was sick. She never saw my daughter in person always asked me what her symptoms was over the phone and said to give her Tylenol. I recently changed doctors again to Dr Reis. I have not had to go and see her yet never met her. Recently, I took my daughter to the ER and Dr Reis’s office called me the next day to see how my daughter is doing. And to do a well check up. I just wanted to say that Dr Reis and her staff are amazing. I am 100% satisfied with the staff and Dr Reis, she really cares about her patients

Reis Pediatrics has been our children’s healthcare provider for 15 years. The medical care, professionalism, willingness to research health issues and kindness cannot be surpassed. Dr Reis and her incredible team have beautifully cared for both of our daughters. One of our daughters has special needs and complicated medical diagnoses. The medical care provided to her by Reis Pediatrics has been exemplary.

Dr. Reis has provided excellent care for my infant! She has been available after hours when she’s sick and follows up on her health regularly. We would recommend!

Office staff are kind, professional, responsive. Great with the kids. Dr. Reis is very smart and on top of current trends in pediatric medicine. She is thorough and detailed and quick to get your child the treatment they need, but also knows when something needs reassurance and not medicine. Other team members are also great. Easy commute with Kaneohe and Kailua locations. Can always get seen or quick advice. Offices are clean and comfortable. Always get a quick response from staff with their Elation app. We love going to Reis Pediatrics, been there for 8 years and wouldn’t change a thing.

I take 4 of my children here, for almost 3 years now and their nurses are efficient, friendly and awesome! They take great all around care of my keikis every time we're there. Dr.Reis & Dr.Lynch have been taking good care of my children since discharge from their births at castle hospital. I Would Highly recommend to everyone!

One year later i finally decided to write a review i understand you need to teach your staff however my child is not a guinea pig I called and expressed my distaste with “jeanettes” service. asking where the father of my child has nothing to do with her check up Your question was ridiculous unprofessional and clearly made me uncomfortable however dr reiss seemed to think i was wrong So i never returned.

We love Dr Reis! The office bldg is under construction, which is a bummer, but the doc and the staff are phenomenal! Our four kids all see Dr Reis.

Very nice staff. Came highly recommended. Clean office. Great communication. Extremely knowledgeable. Convenient Kailua location.
