Eric the owner has advised me on a couple of occasions, and has always been straightforward in doing so. Though he was unable to work on my broke-down Honda this past summer--it was his busy time; and, as clearly implied by "British in the City," not really his focus--he was kind enough to store my bike for a couple days while I coordinated with a specialist who he suggested. In short, he didn't have to help me, but he did! As an independent business owner myself, I recognize and value any such effort, particularly when it might not be a source of profit! My thanks to Eric for being a good guy and a valuable local resource.
I would not take my bike to anyone else. I meant Eric around 2001 before he had his own shop, he rebuild the engine in my 1958 triumph preunit, I had it for about 10 years and HAD to sell it due to a BAD divorce, I had not one problem with it since Eric rebuild it, when I got the bike the engine was locked up, I bought it in a junk yard. I had it for about a year before I met Eric, I'm so glad I found him, he will be the ONLY one who will ever touch my bike, if I can ever get another one. I really MISS My old triumph. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ERIC..
Have been using this business for 15 years. Eric is down to earth, fair and knows his job. This is old school style repair shop. It's probably fair to say that Eric is solely responsible for the vintage British bike scene in Atlanta.
For anyone who indulges in the wonderful dream of riding or plans on purchasing a classic British motorcycle. You will never meet a more passionate, knowledgeable or trusted mechanic in Atlanta to service your machine. Old and new models are serviced here with an extensive knowledge and parts inventory. You can't go wrong for your money here. I trust this man with my life.
Had my bike built here from the ground up in 2009 and still going strong. Great experience. Shop owner Eric is always helpful and supportive in times of maintenance.
Great shop, even has a small selection of bikes to purchase. Owner was very straight forward, and knowledgeable. This is the best shop in Atlanta that I have been in, plus it has character.
The 1 star review is an idiot. Notice how every review is 5 stars. If you leave the shop and your motorcycle runs, then stuff it. Owner builds quality bikes and has done plenty of work for his customers for free. These internet cry babies are ridiculous.
