Where do I start, this is by far the best braiding shop in Houston . I been here a few time and I got different braiders but every time it's perfection , they get you in and out in no time. Miss brindah and her team are so nice and professional , they always get my hair how I want it . The price is also reasonable

My braider did an excellent job! Nice work, very skilled. I paid $120 for 6 stitch braids at the top of my head. The base of the braid didn't go past my ear. What I didn't like was the location. They're located in the north part of Houston in a small shopping center. Parking was horrible. There were many questionable characters hanging in the parking lot. Although my braider did an excellent job, there were to many distractions, TV and ongoing conversation amongst coworkers. I feel she would have been done sooner if it wasn't for that. I'm certain business is good. The owner should consider finding a new building/space in the area. The inside of the shop could use a major facelift. In a nutshell, the overall experience was not worth $120.

Have you ever wanted to cry because your hair came out ugly? Yeah me either until today. Smh Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here at all. I asked for Goddess box braids and didn’t really receive what I asked for which is disheartening considering I paid $240 for what turned out to be regular box braids with curled ends. To sum it up 2 ppl worked on my head, it took them 6 hours, my braids weren’t all the same length, the curled ends of the braids aren’t cute and some are very thin despite having enough hair to do it correctly. I had to request 3 times for my real hair from the shoulders up not to be cut as they attempted to cut the hair sticking out. Overall, wasn’t a professional experience. I’m not sure who does the hair they post on Instagram but wish I would’ve gotten someone who can braid consistent & actually knew how to do what I asked for. Brenda, I believe that’s her name, attempted to assist at the end after she noticed my hair was different lengths but after waiting close to 6 hours for my hair not to turn out cute, or even how I requested it be done in the first place, I let her fix a few braids, paid them full price because no other discount or remedy was offered and left. I didn’t even want the shop to get a picture originally because I wasn’t pleased with the outcome.Service: Braids

First, it was a welcoming environment but very unkept. I was late to my appointment so I can not speak on time. I can say that they were professional though. Also, one lady started my hair and then two ladies finished them. I just whole heartedly understand the nature of braiding and know that this is not unheard of and this is quite common. My 3 stars is because of lack of communication and not so clean salon.

They can braid. Everyone that was getting their hair done was beautiful. The problem I had they stop and stop and do other things while working on your hair. Two braids took two hours. Just some advice when working on a client , you should be respectful of their time.Service: Braids
