UPDATE - Purchased 6 6ft ($1000) tall Arborvitaes delivered. The delivery man was very nice, helped me get them into position. There installation charge equaled the cost of the plant so we decided to plant them ourselves. We were told to leave the burlap and wire around the ball on and splay it out around the hole. We had a visit from a family member in the tree business this weekend and he cautioned burying any kind of foreign material around a growing plant/tree. He went on to say that the tree should be fine for a few years but we will very likely see decline after that. I am seeing that they are giving us a 6 month guarantee on any product planted by the customer so we don't have 2yrs-3yrs to find out if they are going to be impacted by the planting instructions. I am going to call them when the open today (8am) and find out why this was recommended and will update my review. Update - I spoke to Rob today and he informed me that they use natural burlap and the wire protects the root ball - removing it can do more harm than good to the tree. He was knowledgeable and very polite during the conversation and even helped me with some long term care questions. Update 2 - After 1 year two of them are starting to look like they're dying. I spoke to a family friend and he asked why I even accepted them off the truck, meaning they were clearly a couple of the "bones" on their lot. I should have gone there and selected them myself but didn't think of it. Fast forward a week ago - I sent an email to the company asking if they would be willing to help and I have yet to receive any reply as of 5/10/2018.

FRUSTRATED & DISAPPOINTED I had 4 yards of mulch delivered to my home. The driver asked where I wanted it put. I showed him where to leave it. On the tar driveway in front of one of my perennial beds. He dumped it on my perennial bed. He could see that I was upset and his response was "it will keep my plants warm" very frustrating. It is very difficult to dig mulch out of the pile rather then off the tar. I couldn't dig from the bottom of the pile because I would have dug into the hostas below the pile. I emailed them my frustration and never received a response. Very disappointing.

Ordered a tree. Planting cost was equal to price of tree. The tree never produced any leaves. Replacement we picked was $50 difference. So no big deal on the planting cost, as they say they will guaranty the tree and replace it with one of equal value. But then when the tree came in, it was $350 less then the one we originally selected. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PLANTING COST. Their response was, at least we didn't charge for taking away the other tree. Really!!!! They said they have been in business for xx years. Maybe it was because their parents understood how to treat customers.

Cheryl D. Cheryl D. Concord, NH 0 friends 1 review 1.0 star rating 6/23/2017 Hired the company to hydro seed my lawn area. First, they quoted me a price and when they came they changed me more. I paid it without a problem. The seed has been down a month and the grass is at a standstill and the "three" kinds of grass they promised is not coming up. Nothing, just a blotchy mess. I called and the person who answered the phone stated i could come get some seed to lay down in the bare spots. I was fine with doing that. Stopped in to pick up the seed and there was none for me and someone called Glenn and Glenn said he would come look. Well, Glenn came and looked, and if it was not but for me calling to follow-up, i don't believe they would have called me. Upon speaking with Glenn, it appears the seed that didn't take was "lifted", not washed out, lifted, from the lawn due to the rain that had come in after laying down the seed. Glenn informed me that he would be more than happy to come and repair and oversees with hydro spray for $250.00 more or I could pick up a bag of seed for $80.00. I was livid. I paid for a service, with a professional, or what I thought, company and they wanted to charge me more to fix something they were hired to do. Glenn had the nerve to tell me that they were "only hired to hydro seed and I didn't hire them to determine if the weather was going to play a factor if the seed took!" Increasing livid! NO, I hired them to put down the hydro seed and IF THEY felt it was not a good time due to the weather they should NOT have done it! Thought I hired a professional, customer, small business to take care of m y needs. Don't use them, don't use them, don't use them!
