Dr. Brondon actually listened to me when I told him I wanted a toenail removed. He made the whole procedure non stressful and very quick. He has great bedside manner and really cares about you as a patient.
They have been nothing short of amazing!!! I was given proper explanation of my procedure and in depth step by step for the healing process. I was given personal phone numbers for after hour care. They truly do care about you and with making sure that you are fully comfortable. Very knowledgeable and attentative doctors. Even the office staff have been kind, friendly and very professional. I would completely recommend to any friend or family that is in need of a podiatrist.
They simply do not care to work with patients that are disabled and dont drive. The doctors assistant was supposed to follow up about cbd cream they have advertised in office and never heard from them about it. Overall experience 1 out of 5. They replied to this stating they dont advertise CBD cream when the sign was their as i walked out. Dont let their reply to this fool you. The person working phones was rude when I asked if there was a way we could get more than just a clearance to wear shoes and sizing in one visit. Was told i have to come in on seperate days for these two things. Like i stated im disabled and dont drive. They have NO SEATING for people to wait out front. None. This office does is ALL ABOUT MONEY. I was never offered any other cream as they state either. Nothing. I had to ask them because of THEIR SIGN THEY R LIEING!
My son had a ingrown toenail removed, they scheduled several follow up visits that seemed unnecessary and charged co-pay each time making it very expensive. There office staff is very unprofessional, Lindsey dressed in sweats, hunched over, doesn't smile or great you. She has no interest in you as a patient or your well being. When I asked to speak to her manager, she was like sorry we don't have one. I decided to leave because of her treatment towards me and my 7 year old daughter and she just yelled a very rude and sarcastic "have a great day" at us. Unbelievable.
The staff at Brondon Foot and Ankle is amazing, they are always very helpful in answering any questions I have when I call, and I am always greeting with a smile by the front desk. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have helped myself and my family with many different foot problems, from ingrown toenails on my 9 year old son, to sever ankle pain for myself. I wouldn't trust my feet to any other podiatrist. We are patients for life. Would recommend both Dr. Brondons to anyone with any foot issue. 5 STARS BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ANYMORE
Very poor experience from the beginning. Office staff extremely rude. My main issue was billing .. staff was told many times how services were to be billed and still did it incorrectly. No time for rude,unprofessional doctors office. Moving on to a better equipped, more knowledgeable professional practice.
I went for my appointment and the office person said I needed to pay 15.00! I told her Medicare and my insurance pay for everything, and I have the proof. My 1st visit I didn't pay anything and Medicare and my other insurance paid it. Once again, I have the proof. The person at the front desk is horrible. I will never go back
Called to schedule an appointment and received some of the most unprofessional, rude, and condescending treatment from both the person answering the phone and the doctor. My next call was to Sunshein Podiatry, where they actually know how to treat callers with respect and professionalism.
Looking for a good foot doctor? Keep looking and don't bother going to Dr. Brondon. My experience with him was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend that my worse enemy go to him for care. He had no idea what the actual problem was, and just had me keep coming back over and over for care that didn't get to the root of the problem. Then he finally took some x-ray's of my foot and was completely overwhelmed by what he saw. Told me he never heard of my condition and wasn't sure how to treat it. I finally went to another doctor who immediately recognized my condition and provided relief. After months, I am still trying to untangle billing issues with Dr. Brondon because his staff is an incompetent at billing as he is at diagnosing foot issues. Trust me, stay away from this guy.
Been a patient for a year. At the begining it seemed good. Now I'm in extreme pain and unable to walk. Knowing that I was offered a appointment 2 weeks out. Prednisone is what cleared my foot up the first time and I requested they call some in and they refused. Got rude with me for being aggravated and secretary refused to let me leave him a message. Not a way to treat a patient that's in chronic pain. I now cant work , cant care for my kids and have a appointment with a new doctor in half the time they're willing to see me.
