Bad customer service, or I would say lack of customer service. Even before coming to the place by just making appointment you can feel that there is no willingness to visit banya.

This is my favorite little piece of heaven in Brooklyn. I’ve been coming here for a long time because it’s cozy. The food is very nourishing. And people are so nice!

We love this place! It's a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate in the midst of the city's chaos. Amazing food really! Everything we've had has been outstanding and clean. Go during the week, it's much less busy.

They only have their massages on weekends. If that’s the case ya should put that on the website so people could know because I went there specifically for that. The place was nice Quiet not too bad I enjoyed myself but I really wanted a massage. They only have massages on weekends.
