There were a few professional and courteous people but the woman I dealt with to have my photo ID taken was rude and dismissive. They also take their time in seeing you. I observed some of them taking several minutes to call in the next customer after completing a previous transaction.

been waiting for over 3 months for account withdrawal funds. went to pension off again in Dec., It's now 2018, almost mid January, and still waiting. wish someone would give me a # so that I can speak to a person to get some answers no stars Horrible!

was a sub para. the phone job automated call was poorly designed. i declined a job to find out that i was suspended for not showing up. he asked why i didn't show for work, i said i declined the job on the automated system, he says i didn't. suspended for months by a rude superindendent. no longer a para. hated it.

although it is extremely slow, and could use better airflow systems. the people are generally not so bad. and will tend to help you get what you need done. security is also tightened which is great.

The people answering the phone try their best. I rarely have an issue with the person on the phone. I believe with the volume of calls they need more people. The only issue I have is when you call after 4 and you wait and wait and then 5:00 arrives and it's done. Or its close to 5 and your call is dropped or someone answers and hangs up.
