Perfect and luxury level company. I rented lux bentley in a mint condition for my trip to new york , in and out .all  demands were approved and the driver Robert really did a great job. I rented a sprinter van for a birthday outing they send me a stretch limo the day of talking about the van broke down but never informed me.that was very unprofessional plus they didn't take anything off my price. So be careful when renting from this 3rd  party  company it could be a rip off.

Yesterday night was the first time we used Brooklyn Limo for our evening out with friends. I picked it based on the Google reviews and the 5 stars they are given is well deserved. We had two changes to our pickup schedule and the customer service staff handled it efficiently. There was good communication throughout the planning process. Our driver for the evening has arrived a little early which worked out well for us. He was quite the gentleman and took good care of us. We hope we have another event in the near future so that we can rent a limo from them. We will definitely use Brooklyn Limo for our next outing!

We ordered a 10 person stretch limousine for 10 hours and everything was perfect! Like most people, I shopped around at over 5 places and some quoted me higher prices and some lower. The thing that made me go with Brooklyn Limo was the outstanding customer service for cheap price and of course the other reviews on Google. This Brooklyn guys are just terrific! I must have emailed them with 50 questions and they were quick to respond to all of them, and always seemed happy. Our driver arrived ahead of schedule and even called to let me know he had arrived. He was very well dressed with a great personality. He took us every where we wanted to go in NYC for the day and had a smile on his face the whole time. The limousine was clean, stocked with ice, waters and sodas as promised. I can't imagine going with another company. Everything was seamless.

First off I would like to recommend this company to anyone who needs transportation service. They were nice, friendly, prompt, professional, and most of all efficient. I would rate them A+++!!! The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and exceeded my expectations for customer service. The chauffeur, who picked up our Anniversary party was 20 minutes early and called us to let us know that he was waiting outside. He greeted us professionally and had a cheery mood that made the experience more enjoyable. Not to mention, when we got in the limo, the interior was clean no tears or stains, and everything was in its place. The drinks and liquor we requested were already in the limo along with glasses and plenty of ice, which made it convenient for all our guests to pregame before our wild night out! Try this limo service and you won't be disappointed. Out of all the limo services I have used in Brooklyn for business/outings, I would say Brooklyn Limo has had the best service, hands down. I will not be going to any other limo company.

We use Brookyn Limo for all our car service needs and are always pleased with the service. Last night we used a car to attend a Nets game. Our driver was very professional. He met us after the game, standing in the cold just outside the doors of the stadium, so he could escort us to the car. Always reliable and dependable. We use them for personal car service and larger events for work and have always been so impressed. Thank you again Brooklyn Limo!

I am glad that I chose this car service to travel to and from the airport. I got a reminder confirmation email 24 hours before my trip with the car and driver info. Both of the drivers were attentive and professional. The drivers arrived at the pickup location with plenty of time to load my luggage and depart on time. The town cars were comfortable and clean. They were both very safe drivers unlike other ground transportation I have had in the past. I will surely use and recommend this service again.
