This branch is also fine. In addition this library has two floors. Which really helps distinguish the difference between children and adults. Overall, its a good place to be in.

It's a good place for study

It's opened on a Sunday, a rarity for a BPL. It's relatively clean and quiet but can get packed after-school. Probably not the greatest place to get work done but a great deal better than the nearest Starbucks. Bonus: My mom comes here a lot to use the computers and print and says that the staff is very helpful and patient with her.

I love the library and have basically spent my childhood there. I often take my sister there to borrow new books to read and such. However, the last two times I've gone, there has been mistakes made regarding checking in the books I returned that visit, where one book would still be marked checked out even though I had just placed it in the return basket. The first time it happened, I called the library because I found out when I got home. The lady on the phone was very nice about it and we had the problem solved in no time. However, I went there today and it happened again. I finished checking out the books I wanted to borrow but the screen changed before I could print a receipt, so I went online to check my list of checked out books. Lo and behold, a book I returned was still in my checked out list. I was still in the library at the time so I went to ask a librarian about it. She simply told me to go home and continued to chat with another librarian. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the problem when I got home and chatted online with a librarian named Kate and she was extremely kind and helpful! Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back to this particular branch very soon. I hope they can work out these issues and look towards a brighter year. Until then, I'll just have to start visiting the New Utrecht Branch or the Central Branch.

It was a nice neighborhood library. Staff was very helpful with what I needed and in completing my task.

Free AC and free WIFI, what more can you ask for in the summer heat? There's limited seating in the first floor so you need to be here early or have someone or something hold your seat. The second floor isn't as cool in temperature as the first probably because of the sun's heat radiating off the roof.

The staff that is polite and helpful is the African American ones...there is this one Chinese lady OMG lady quit if you don't like your job; she is so mean...not to mention the other greasy hair one...it take nothing to be nice to people especially when they did nothing to you jeez i guess they are working for free.

Excellent and friendly staff that will help you to resolve your quest. Very recommend.
