Very easy to locate...nice scenary.  However, the length wait time in the cold and the first staff encountered was cruel. Once  I made to a Customer Service Representative, a totally contrast experience.  The Representative was pleasant, professional and quick.

It sucked my car was towed and had to pay $200.00 to get it out on the same day it was towed! But the workers were very helpful and kind. And i didn't have to go far to retrieve my car.

They tow my car soo fast it didn't take 5 minutes

It was quick, paid, got car and out in 15 minutes.

180 to get ya car out plus whatever tickets you owe , the people were nice and I got my car,out fast

Absolutely love spending money here. They never shy away from towing your car right before you have to go to work or five mins after NYPD puts up a new street sign. Absolutely fantastic service - and most of the time you get your vehicle back with just minor damages. Love it.
