Best dress shirts you can buy... but I was charged 29.99 for a shirt that said 10.99 on the tag. I bought 2 of these so I was overcharged by 40 dollars. Kind of unethical
I brought back a shirt with tags that didn’t fit my husband, and Iman made it very easy to exchange, recommending a new style and helping me find his size. They had lots of new pretty spring colors, so I was able to leave with something even better than I came in with. They had good sales going on, too!
I visited the store searching for a suit for me and my son for an upcoming event. We found the suits we wanted but they were not in stock. Not to worry we were told, they could be shipped to us to arrive in two days. Computer was checked, all four pieces showed as available to ship, so I paid for the order and left. An hour after placing the order, I get an email saying one of the pieces will not ship for two weeks. I call customer service and get the run around. I revisit the store and they don't know why it won't ship, but suggest we cancel the original piece that is missing and order a new piece and a slightly longer inseam it was going to have to be hemmed anyway. I said fine, they checked the computer and verify it is available, I sign the return/refund of the original and pay for the new. An hour after the transaction, I get another email saying the piece will be delayed and won't ship for another two weeks. What an utter waste of time. I will never again buy from Brooks Brothers. The gentlemen at the retail store were nice, but there is something terribly broken with their back-office. I'm either being lied to or misinformed, regardless, it's a terrible customer experience.
Wow, Love the store but just had the most unpleasant experience while shopping there today. Walked in, a younger sales guy said hello. No issues and not looking for a hug or nothing but dang, cold greeting.. At check out, this older guy could not have been more rude. No hello, no did you find everything ok, nothing. This guy was dry, cold and could not care less about anything or anyone in front of him. And the great this is, he’s the supervisor. Tony. Omg the worst. Love Brooks Brothers and will always shop there but will do my absolute best to avoid this person. Should not be in front of any customers ever
Very friendly gentlemen working there. However the very tall woman wouldn't stop watching me and made me uncomfortable. I ended up leaving prematurely due to her. The majority of my casual clothes are Brooks Brothers, so it's usually a guarantee that if I walk into one of their stores, I'm buying something. Not this time though. I don't know if the lady just thought I didn't look like the clientele that should be shopping there, or if she has RBF, but watching my every movement throughout the store and never offering to assist me with anything was just a bit much. I may return to this location again, but if she is there, I will not stay to spend my money.
I like Brooks Brothers. I have been shopping at Brooks Brothers for years. I have been at this location plenty of times. The staff is friendly and helpful one person, her name is Jackie. She's an older lady who does not like to use words like welcome in thank you have a great day may I assist you? But instead I get "can I help you?" That's the worst thing you can say when you agree to customer. Very disappointed by the class that they offer.
Quality clothes. Men's collection is very impressive. And at Black Friday rates there is an opportunity to buy quality stuff at affordable prices. Great suits and shirts. Some ladies stuff too. But the selection is not as wide as for men. Check it out
My husband and I went in last minute for a new suit and shirts for him for a work event. Stewart was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Along with pretty much guiding us through the whole process, he told us interesting facts about the history of suits and kept everything lighthearted. He didn't care that we were dressed in our grubby Friday "work from home" attire, and didn't treat us like we looked grubby we did. We'll definitely be back.
Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know how wonderful Melinda is at the Brooks Brothers in The Outlets in Woodstock. On May 16th My Mother, Brother, and myself went in to buy a suit for my Brother because he had a very important court appearance the next day. My brother has never been fitted for a suit and does not typically wear them. Melinda was outstanding at finding him a size that looked splendid with his body type and even was able to incorporate a flare of his own personal style. My mother is an incredibly particular person, some people find pleasing her a difficult task. Melinda did a superb job of being able to satisfy my Mothers tastes and my brothers. The way she was able to use her expertise in fashion and her history of working for the courts she steered us toward the appropriate suit and one that was stylish and classy enough that two generations could agree upon it. This is not an easy task and I know it took a certain amount of talent and an artful eye. She spent a good length of time to find the ideal suit. We did end up keeping her nearly half an hour past closing time and she was very easily able to maintain her professional and pleasant demeanor. It is exceptionally rare to meet someone who is so proficient at their job and excels so significantly at customer service. Melinda was a breath of fresh air in what would have been a stressful task because she used her proficiency to guide us towards what we needed. It has been several weeks now since our remarkable experience and I still am impressed enough with her that I had to let everyone know her hard work was truly appreciated. I hope Brooks Brothers knows the value of this employee, I wish there were more people like this around!
