Excellent experience! I travel often and have been to dozens of Brooks Brothers stores around the country and my service experience here has been fantastic. I've been to this location twice and Christopher Chris has been absolutely great to work with. He is helpful, friendly, and knowledgable - overall he is the best Brooks Brothers employee I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. To my surprise, he remembered me on my second visit no less than 3 months after the first and was equally helpful. He introduced me to the very kind manager of the store as well. Following my second visit, he even sent me a handwritten letter and discount for my next purchase - which now I am certain to make soon! That is customer service! Thank you Chris and keep up the awesome service - I will be back!

This is an outside mall. Parking is free. It is huge has lots of stores and tons of food. There are always very good deals going on. It seems to always be pretty busy. There is a cell phone charging station too.

The wife loves shopping here. We're from Canada and the Cdn stores never have sizes for a tall woman. Ergo, I don't have to hear her complain. Happy wife - happy life

I have shopped in this store before, with much success. This time around, though, the staff seemed much more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping the customers in the store. I was in on Friday May 8th looking for some new shirts and ties, and was hoping I could get some help with a bowtie I was considering. I left with nothing as did others, and instead took my shopping elsewhere. A large disappointment, as I've had great service before. Hope this is fixed soon.

Really abysmal service from the manager who clearly doesn't ascribe to customer being right or having a preference. Super condescending and catty. After a decade, I'm done with Brooks Brothers.
