I hate shopping. I went here. Amanda was amazing. She made me feel fabulous and functional and glorious. Super competent. Super fun. She made this entire experience not only tolerable, but a delight. I sincerely hope I do not have to seek professional clothing with regularity. But if I do, i would love every experience to be as pleasant as this one.

I rarely ever write reviews, but this Philly location has gone above and beyond to make me feel like an appreciated customer. I needed a rush job to have a tuxedo jacket tailored in time for my wedding. The in-house tailor, Grace, was very receptive to my requests and assured me that the jacket would fit like a custom piece once she was done with it. Tony and George were amazing as well. During my visit, I also bought another suit for an upcoming wedding. Even though it was not one of their higher end suits, Tony and George took the time to provide me with the full Brooks Brothers experience. I cannot say enough good things about them and I will certainly be back!

I was less than satisfied with the service I received here. They were fairly busy at the time but it really seemed that unless you were purchasing a suit or another high ticket item the staff wasn't particularly interested in helping. I also watched them be extremely rude to a gentleman attempting to return an item. The selection is fine as expected at any brooks store but I expect top notch service when paying a premium. I hope this is improved in the future.

Great experience here from the staff, especially Terry. Very knowledgeable about fashion and coordinating outfits. They didn't try to oversell me either. I was suggested a sport coat that cost less but was tailored to my frame better.

Incredible service, helpful and friendly staff. First, Brooks Brothers makes fine clothing. You cannot go wrong with Brooks Brothers products. Secondly, this location is incredible. Conveniently located in centre city it is easy to drop in if you need a button replaced on your jacket or pick up some collar stays. Excellent service by the entire team. Honest and truly committed to customer service. Great location, great company. I highly recommend Brooks Brothers on Walnut Street.

I've been coming to this location pretty frequently lately, both to browse and to buy. The store is always clean and well kept, classy looking, and the staff is very respectful. They are welcoming, easy to talk to, and more than willing to assist you, answer any questions you may have, and help you find what you are looking for in a respectful and satisfying manner. Long story short, the customer service here has been out-of-this-world for me, and I will likely keep shopping here.

First time in went to that particular store nobody helped me although they did say hi. The second time I've went in had to ask for help and explained that i needed to be sized for a shirt as i have gotten bigger since my deployment. The associate not help me with sizing or fit. The associate just gave me a shirt. I purchased it because I purchased it because I was on a business trip and needed another shirt. The great thing is that the shirt ripped the following week... When I wore for the 2nd time...

Great products but don't expect anything from the associates. My wife and I recently visited and was amazed at the lack customer service. Multiple staff members seemed adamant about not lifting a finger to assist. I can only assume we didn't pass their eyeball test and were deemed to young, or not big enough spenders. Ultimately they may have been right, as we were so put off by their holier than thou attitude that we took our business elsewhere.

Spectacular Service, Knowledgeable People, and a Wonderful Experience. Tom & Grace made me feel welcome, and gave me the Royal Treatment, sincerely a Wonderful Experience!!

The suits these guys make are of a high quality. Many are made in American. Custom suits are expensive but about as good as it gets. David is about the most helpful guy in the department. He can find a suit to match almost any budget and quality standards.
