Mr. Patel took 2 hours helping teach me about formal attire and pick some pieces out. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and I will definitely be back because of him! He went above and beyond and even stayed a little after closing to make sure my experience was enjoyable, can’t say enough good things.
Terrible experience here trying to exchange a tie with a tag still on and after giving them my number and email in system. Short black lady with short hair associate not manager kept interrupting me and not listening at all, terrible customer service. Was about to purchase another two ties but due to this disrespectful person I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I expect better from Brooks Brothers, simply unacceptable.
Wonderful service by Nick. Wanted to buy my husband a nice suit for Christmas but they didn't have pants in his size. Nick tried all the other stores on the area for is and there were none available anywhere. Since we don't live in the country and are returning home soon we can't wait for a far away delivery. We still bought a suit. We settled for second best. Pictured is the one we wanted.

Was helped by Darius yesterday and can honestly say out of all of the Brooks Brothers stores I have visited he gave the best service I have ever experienced. In fact, I would go so far as to say that he was one of the best people I have ever encountered in any retail store. He was quick with ideas, suggestions and looking for new sizes/colors. If the entire staff was like that they could give any similar store in Lenox a run for their money.
I visited Suitsupply and J.Crew prior to making my way to Brooks Brothers and the difference in customer service was night and day. Shoutout to Keelan for being so incredibly helpful. He was quick to help me, answer my questions, and give his honest opinion about the items I was purchasing. Fantastic customer service is the quickest way to win my business as a lifetime customer and boy, did he nail it.
For the occasion of our daughter's wedding, I was looking to purchase a few new suits. For decades, I had been a loyal customer of other high-fashion mens' stores and had never purchased anything of substance from Brooks Brothers. My recent interaction changed everything. I had the most positive experience at Brooks Brothers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The shopping experience was exceptional. Big shout out to Will, the salesman, who assisted me. He is very low-key, easy going, and very patient. No pressure to buy. He's there to guide and support. When I was interested in one suit but couldn't find my size, he went deep-digging in the inventory to find it. Samuel, the assistant manager, also provided exceptional service. In fact, I had asked him if he had any knowledge of where I could purchase a specific brand of shoes. AFTER I left the store, he did his own research and then texted me the results. Fatuma, the tailor - I simply cannot sing her praises enough. I have never experienced such expert tailoring. She hit the mark on every suit and turned around the tailoring in record time. She was done with the tailoring even before the pick-up date. In case you can't tell, this experience has converted me to become a Brooks Brothers customer for perpetuity. Thank you Will, Samuel, and Fatuma!!!!!
I have found Brooks Brothers slim fit non-iron dress shirts with French cuffs to be my favorite shirt to wear with a suit. I've bought over 75 white and a bunch of different color ones over the years as they eventually wear out but not having to take them to the Dry Cleaner and just washing them yourself and hanging them up and having it look like it was ironed is a great advantage. They have sales and times where you can buy 4 at a time at a discount which is typically when I've stocked up. Very well appointed store with nice sales people. They make some even nicer/more expensive golden fleece shirts that I have a few of as well, but they have a slightly different cut that doesn't conform to my body as well and are thicker and I typically run too warm in them.
Staff was almost not present. I had a ton of items in my hand a no one offered if they can help. When I was ready to be helped, no one was available to check me out. When finally someone came, they were completely not knowledgeable with all the discount/coupon/reward options. It was so frustrating and messy. I showed the lady on my phone that I had a coupon, so she walked away WITH MY PHONE WITH HER and disappeared! It's my phone and it is a private property. She can't walk away with my phone. I had $500 worth of items ready to buy so I dropped everything and left. Need new staff to this location!!!
