Went in to Brooks performance with a pair of headers needing machining. The owner found the problem instantly fixed it for free and then showed me around his shop, told me his rates and what he does. I highly recommend Brooks performance to anyone needing performance engine work done. Don't let the front office decieve you they do good work!

I have had transmissions and engines rebuilt here and have never had one issue. Work is always top notch! Prices were lower than other machine shops. I will continue to take all my machine work here and recommend to everyone. Thank you!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND  
Brooks Racing agreed to complete for me modifications on my daily driver. (5.0 LX) Was given a quote for the work and assurances that the work would be completed in approx. one week and that aside from Dyno-Tuning to "fine Tune" the car would be drivable. 
Took SIX Weeks to complete the job with an increase in cost for the quoted work AND additional costs for Drive shaft broke AND wiring shorted / melted and ruined interior carpet. (I understand that "Things can Happen") Picked up the car (5 weeks later than promised) and drove 12 miles home. Car was cutting out several times along the way. As if the ignition was turned off and on. Repeated phone calls with requests for Steve to return my call went unreturned. Last request for Steve's response was on a Wednesday ... I finally went directly to the shop the following Monday (5 days later) and was ignored by Steve. After I insisted that I speak to him about the cars inability to run correctly without intermittently cutting out ... I was told by Steve that the shop was running 3 weeks behind and that I was not to speak directly with him ... but rather talk with the office and make an appointment. 
This shop had made too many promises that were not kept ... and in the end made it clear that I was not a valued customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
